Stay Active And Eat Healthy

One of the best ways to stay healthy both physically and spiritually is to stay active and eat healthy. I love the outdoors and like walking or hiking, and working in the yard. Even when I’m inside, I have to keep busy, and spend a lot of time writing, or reading what other people write. I’m also a beader. I find working on new designs not only stimulating but very relaxing. I’m always learning new things.

I also try to balance what I eat and stay away from sugar and fatty foods as much as possible. We eat a lot of salads, fresh vegetables and fruit. Fortunately I don’t have any health problems that require medication, but I take an antioxidant that’s a combination of red wine extract, grapeseed, and Vitamin C. It’s great for the immune system and the heart.
