Heart Health

Heart Health is on everyones minds these days, feel a pain around your heart you panic, friends drop dead from heart attacks.  I believe in micro cellular nutrition, slowing the  aging process, maintaining  healthy body parts and of the course,   Heart and Brain health is number one. 

Heart Health:      CQ 10  150 mg per day keeps the heart healthy and  provides brain nutrition . As we grow older CQ 10 slowly disappears from our body, consequently we must supplement to replace the lost CQ 10 to maintain heart health.  I take CQ every day, have for 25 years! 

Dr. Linus Pauling recommended : Vitamin C, Vitamin A and Vitamin E taken daily for heart health.  Dr. Pauling recommened high dosage of Vitamin C upwards to 10,000 mg per day when you body is being attacked by outside organism.   I have taken high dosage of Vitamin C, 5,000, 6,000 unit up to 10,000 mg per day when I feel a cold coming on.  My expereince has been a short lived cold virus using high dosage of Vitamin C.  Dr. Pauling peers poopoo him professionaly, not believing the use of Vitamin C would enhance body functions.  Dr. Pauling got the last laugh, he lived until age 91, wrote his last research paper at 90.
